2. Selected Data Protection Measures Used by the Operator

  1. Pages used for login and data entry are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read by the destination server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function is one-way—its output cannot be reversed— which is the current standard for secure password storage.
  3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.

  1. In certain circumstances, the Controller may disclose your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill legal obligations. Such recipients include:
    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to fulfill the purposes of the Website
  2. Your personal data processed by the Controller will not be kept longer than necessary to perform actions required by law (e.g., accounting). Marketing data will not be processed for more than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
